THE PROCESS
Modular Vehicle wraps typically involve four steps (below), but the 3D scan is only needed if your vehicle isn’t already in our scan library. If we have a scan of your exact model, we can skip this step. To confirm, we’ll ask for your vehicle’s year, make, model, trim and body style etc… Additionally, if you have a fleet of vehicles that are all the same make/model then we only need to scan one of them.

1 – Get Started
Approx. 30 – 60 mins
It all starts with an initial meeting, either by phone, video call or visit us at Unit 24B Hindley Business Centre, Platt Lane, Hindley, Wigan, WN2 3PA, we will discuss your vehicle(s), and how you want them to look, and your branding, we will then book a time for the next step.
2 – 3D Scan Vehicle
From 30 mins
Our mobile 3D scanner lets us scan any vehicle, anywhere—on your site or ours—minimizing downtime. It’s ideal for all vehicle types, including non-road vehicles like Jet Skis. Plus, once we scan one model, we don’t need to rescan others of the same type—perfect for fleets.
3 – Bespoke Design
Approx. 4 hours
In this phase, we collaborate with you to transform your vision into reality. Our team develops custom designs tailored to your vehicle and brand, ensuring they align with your expectations. Once approved, we move into production with a focus on precision and detail.
4 – Print & Wrap
Wrapping Time – Approx. 4 hours
The final step is where we meticulously print, cut and skillfully apply each modular section of your wrap to your vehicle, focusing on achieving a perfect finish. The wrap can be applied either at your premises or ours for convenience, a full wrap typically takes around half a day.
